Are KIVAVI rackets suitable for intermediate players?

Are KIVAVI rackets suitable for beginners?

Are the rackets suitable for junior players?

KIVAVI rackets are intended primarily for adult players and players aged 13 or over. Younger players may be better suited to a dedicated junior racket depending on their height, strength and playing experience.

Materials and Specifications

What is Carbon 3K?

Carbon 3K is a carbon-fibre construction in which each carbon tow contains approximately 3,000 individual filaments. The tightly woven material is used to create a responsive, stable racket structure with a premium finish.

Are both KIVAVI rackets made from Carbon 3K?

Yes. Both the black and white KIVAVI rackets are made using Carbon 3K construction.

The woven carbon pattern is visible on the black racket. On the white racket, the Carbon 3K construction sits beneath its clean white finish, so the woven appearance is not visible.

What is the difference between the black and white KIVAVI rackets?

The black and white rackets have identical specifications and performance. The only difference is their external finish.

The black racket has a visible woven carbon appearance for a technical, confident look. The white racket has a clean white finish with strong black and blue contrast for a more refined appearance.

What does a 38 mm padel racket profile mean?

The 38 mm measurement refers to the thickness of the racket frame. This is a widely used profile for adult padel rackets and provides a substantial, competition-ready construction.

How much does a KIVAVI padel racket weigh?

KIVAVI padel rackets have a playing-weight range of approximately 360–375 g. Small variations can occur as part of the manufacturing process.

What handle size does the racket have?

Every KIVAVI racket comes with one standard handle size. Different grip-size options are not currently available.

Is a wrist lanyard included?

Yes. Every KIVAVI padel racket includes a coordinated wrist lanyard.

The white racket includes a white wrist lanyard, while the black racket includes a black wrist lanyard.

Does the racket include a protective cover or case?

No. A protective racket cover or case is not currently included.

Ordering and Payment

What payment methods does KIVAVI accept?

KIVAVI accepts the traditional payment methods supported by Shopify Payments. The payment options available for your order will be displayed securely during checkout.

Can I cancel my order after purchasing?

You have 15 minutes after placing your order to request a cancellation. Contact us immediately at info@kivavipadel.com with your order number.

After this period, your order may already have entered the fulfilment process and cancellation cannot be guaranteed. If the order has already been dispatched, you can request a return after receiving it in accordance with our Returns Policy.

Can I change my delivery address?

We can only change the delivery address if the order has not already been dispatched. Once an order has entered the Royal Mail delivery network, we may be unable to amend it.

UK Delivery

Where does KIVAVI deliver?

KIVAVI currently delivers within the United Kingdom only. We do not currently offer international shipping.

Delivery is available to England, Scotland, Wales, Northern Ireland, the Channel Islands, the Isle of Man and eligible PO Box and BFPO addresses, subject to Royal Mail service availability.

How much does UK delivery cost?

Standard tracked UK delivery is free.

Which courier does KIVAVI use?

Orders are sent using a tracked Royal Mail delivery service.

How quickly will my order be dispatched?

In-stock orders are normally dispatched within one business day.

Business days are Monday to Friday, excluding UK bank holidays.

How long does delivery take?

Estimated delivery is normally two to three business days after dispatch. Delivery times are estimates and may occasionally be affected by circumstances within the Royal Mail network.

Will I receive tracking information?

Yes. KIVAVI orders are sent using tracked delivery. Tracking information will be provided when your order is dispatched.

What should I do if my parcel is delayed or appears to be lost?

Check your Royal Mail tracking information for the latest update. If the parcel is significantly delayed or you believe it may be lost, contact us at info@kivavipadel.com with your name and order number so that we can investigate.

What should I do if my parcel arrives damaged?

We will review the information provided and determine the appropriate resolution.

Pre-orders

Can I pre-order a KIVAVI racket when it is out of stock?

When pre-orders are available, the product page will display a pre-order option instead of the standard in-stock purchasing options.

When will a pre-ordered racket be dispatched?

The estimated dispatch time for pre-orders is approximately two to three weeks. This is an estimate and may be affected by manufacturing, transport or stock-arrival timings.

Any updated information will be communicated where appropriate.

Can an order contain both in-stock and pre-order products?

If this option becomes available, the expected dispatch information shown during checkout should be reviewed carefully. Contact us before ordering if you need confirmation about when a mixed order will be sent.

Returns and Product Issues

What is the KIVAVI returns period?

You have 14 days after receiving your order to request a return.

Contact info@kivavipadel.com before sending anything back. Products returned without first requesting a return may not be accepted.

What condition must a returned racket be in?

To qualify for a return, the racket must be:

Unused
In the same condition in which it was received
Complete with any original tags
In its original packaging
Accompanied by a receipt or other proof of purchase

How do I start a return?

Email info@kivavipadel.com with your order number and reason for the return. If the return is accepted, we will provide instructions explaining how and where to send the product.

Can I exchange my racket for the other colour?

The quickest method is to return the original racket in accordance with our Returns Policy and place a separate order for the preferred colour once the return has been accepted.

What happens if my racket is faulty or I receive the wrong item?

Inspect your order when it arrives. If the racket is faulty, damaged or different from the item ordered, contact info@kivavipadel.com promptly with your order number and clear photographs.

We will assess the issue and explain the available resolution.

Does the racket include a warranty?

KIVAVI does not currently provide an additional commercial or manufacturer’s warranty.

This does not affect your statutory rights if a product is faulty, damaged or not as described.
